Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with HANGBEE! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items (including clearance, promotional, or personalized products) are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Contact our customer support at care@hangbee.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? Please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Return Shipping
- Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
